At Crispico, we define our attitude by innovation. When we say innovation, we say, creativity, know-how and motivation. Our team has got an optimal mix of these items, allowing it to produce state of the art products that make a difference in the software world. These 3 elements are represented on our logo as arrows that drive our every day activity.

Creativity

The seeds of great realizations are ideas. Having ideas for the software world is somehow an artistic approach: on one hand we need to have a good knowledge of the existent reality (as ideas are always based on existing elements), but on the other hand we need to be able to "detach" from the real world with our thinking, as it implicitly imposes constraints that often can be avoided if spotted.

Having ideas is not something that can be done every day. There are days when we are more creative (than other days) and we keep an "idea repository" as we want every project (enterprise or not) to take advantage them.

Know-How

We have a long experience with various software development technologies, and we are constantly scanning the technological "landscape" in search for new technologies (or evolutions or existing ones) that can help in: achieving results better, transform ideas to reality faster or provide more performance or scalability.

We use open source software and frameworks and we contribute to the open source world.

Motivation

Creativity and know-how are ingredients to innovation and motivation is the catalyzer that accelerates the reaction. It helps us to believe in our ideas and it gives us the energy to overcome inherent obstacles that we encounter.

The main source of our motivation is the thought of being able to contribute to the software development world with intelligent systems that help people by taking care of details, allowing them to be more productive and to concentrate better on their business.
